Online consultations – BIA-ALCL

For years, patients from all over the world have been writing e-mails and messages to me as a BIA-ALCL professional, concerned about their health condition. Drawing on it and bearing in mind the desire to help patients, I decided to meet their needs. From now on, I provide online consultations to women who suspect or suffer from BIA-ALCL. I know that my knowledge can help them.

The consultation is intended only to discuss the case (based on previously provided medical documentation), to help identify missing medical tests, to advise on next steps, to explain possible surgical solutions but no clinical visit which requires a consultation in presence. All based on the most current knowledge of the person who is the author of 15 scientific papers on BIA-ALCL.

To have an online consultation, follow these steps:

1. Contact me using the form below to arrange the date and time of the consultation
2. You will receive by e-mail the regulations of the online consultation, which you have to print, sign, scan or photograph and send back to the e-mail address
3. Send your medical records 7 working days before the online consultation

4. Five working days before the online consultation, make the payment (300€) to the indicated account. No payment will result in no online consultation.

5. Install the program „Zoom” on your smartphone / computer

6. Provide a comfortable room in which you will stay during the online consultation. It is recommended that the selected room provides you with silence and intimacy.
7. Be ready for online consultation 5 minutes before scheduled call time.
8. Place your phone or computer in front of you, so that your face can be visible.
9. Make sure your phone is charged. Have a charger with you.
10. I will contact you exactly at the appointed time.
11. The duration of the consultation will be 30 minutes.
